We are thrilled to announce the partnership between KTX.Finance and Copra to launch 3 exclusive lending pools on Arbitrum network, enhancing yield-bearing opportunities on Arbitrum by offering high & stable fixed yields.
How does Copra work?
Copra allows borrower protocols to take fully secured on-chain loans, through:
- Restricting the deployment of borrowed funds only to whitelisted pools, enabled via our liquidity warehouse contract mechanism
- Having insurance buffers posted by borrower protocols to protect against drawdown risk and liquidity risk of the whitelisted pools
- Real-time monitoring certain debt covenant metrics which could trigger loan liquidation to protect lenders
This provides lenders access to previously unavailable fixed yield opportunities.

Enhancing yield offerings on Arbitrum
As part of this collaboration, three yield vaults will be introduced, focusing on essential major assets within KLP, including USDC, WBTC, and WETH. These vaults are designed to offer attractive APRs to yield farmers, starting at a fixed rate of 20%. Notably, this rate will be further enhanced through an additional 5% boost from Copra’s LTIPP $ARB incentives, showcasing Corpra’s commitment to providing competitive and rewarding opportunities for our community.
To kickstart this initiative and demonstrate our unwavering support for this partnership, KTX will initially bootstrap a $5k deposit, enabling the total loan capacity of up to $100k. As demand grows and the need arises, we are fully prepared to increase our deposit amount further, thereby expanding the loan capacity to facilitate robust and sustainable growth within these vaults.
